Mother Road Brewing Company seeks a shift manager for our Mikes Pike Tap Room in Flagstaff, Arizona. As Manager on Duty (MOD) you exemplify hospitality while creating an enjoyable, community-oriented, and safe environment for our guests and team.
You will oversee daily Tap Room operations; ensure guest satisfaction by being on the floor over 90% of your shift; back up your Host team; enforce Arizona Title 4 liquor regulations; and assist the Hospitality Manager in scheduling and inventories.

A qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, or a related field and two or more years of hospitality experience (career experience may replace the bachelor’s degree requirement). Hospitality experience in craft beer or the beverage industry is favored.
The winning candidate will have excellent service skills; talk easily to guests and crowds; a proven ability to lead, teach, and manage people; and be versed in Excel, Word, and Google variants.
