Looking for Experienced Brewer in VA for 15BBL Brewpub

We are working with a client who is building a 15BBL Brewpub outside of DC. The owners are 'brewers' but they also know their strengths and limitations. They are in need of a commercial brewer with experience developing and managing a brewery. The owners are very easy to get along with and are looking for the right fit for their brewery. Opening date will be sometime in February but I would like to start narrowing down some candidates and get their input on the overall brewery design.
