We're very excited about our initial customer base for our new inline equipment. It was important to us to connect with high quality, technical brewers to help us with meaningful feedback. The customer list is growing rapidly and I think many would be surprised to see some of the breweries that we've paired with right out of the gate. Contact me if you're curious, we're happy to provide references, make introductions, and point you to the can line installed nearest to your location.

A couple more great installs at New Realm in Atlanta and Crooked Stave in Denver the last couple weeks. Couldn't be happier with the way the machine is performing from the custom 1ml precision mag-flow meters, to the gassing tunnel, and into the ridiculously robust mechanical, cam-operated Angelus can seamer, all topped off with very consistent, low DO levels.

The most precise fills.....from the most intelligent filler, the most data feedback and performance customization from the HMI, gassing from those who know how and where to gas, and the most repeatable, consistent seams, bar none.

PSA will be at the Ohio Brewers Conference Tradeshow next week Jan 30-31st with the CB50F Integrated Filler/Seamer, Booths 221 + 320. The machine will also be installed and on display at the evening event on 1/30 at the Market Garden Brewery production facility. Hope to see all of our neighbors in our great home state of Ohio!

Attention Craft Brewers: The PSA CB50F utilizes proprietary magnetic flow meters with precision down to 1mL volume. We continue to hear from the industry "flow meters won't work, its been done before" well, I hate to upset the norm, but that narrative is in the past. There are no moving parts internally, nothing to break and fall into your beer.

Wouldn't you want to know how much beer you are putting into each can instead of filling off of timing? Manually dial in your flow rates on each head and fill to a specific volume. Fill volume targets are controlled individually on the HMI. Why would you want your equipment rejecting low fills when you can have every fill within spec? When the machine is dialed in, all fills will be within spec, with no need to weigh individual cans or reject. Many are concerned with covering up their filling issues rather than correcting at the source. Put the correct amount of beer in EVERY can!

With our post-fill and pre-lid application gassing tunnel and "under-cover gassing" UCG at lid application, we are achieving alarmingly low DO and TPO levels with the most accurate fills and the most sturdy, reliable, and repeatable can seamer in its class. No need for servo's or pneumatics, we seam mechanically so that you get the same seam on every single can.

A Nice quote from our friends at Market Garden Brewery:

"The brewery held off until it was satisfied quality standards could be met, and now has a state-of-the art can filler and seamer in its production facility that can roll off 50 cans per minute, Tveekrem said.

“It’s like a symphony in here when it’s running,” said Foran, who said more cans and bottles are scheduled down the line."

Feel Free to reach out for additional references!

If you are currently struggling with an existing can seamer, please see below brochure for a mechanical seamer retrofit onto an existing can line. We have performed several of these upgrades in the field for customers and if we are not able to mount to your existing can line, we can offer a stand-alone machine to be run in tandem. Cheers!

With the 12 Head Filler/ 2 Head Seamer CB100F, PSA provides an inline buffer tank to regulate flow to the filler. This setup eliminates the filler supply pressure variable as well as allows the filler to be longer distances away from your brites, or regulate pressure if beer is being hard piped across the brewery. Another benefit is cleaner, more consistent fills due to the tighter pressure regulation to the filler manifold. This setup can be optioned for our 50cpm line as well for breweries that need to pump beer or have issues with feeding their filler consistently.

Ask us for additional details, our electrical engineers would be excited to help. Cheers!

Hello All, it has come to my attention that there are breweries out there buying two inline canning solutions in order to package their regular beers and their sour/brett/wild beers. You can feel safe canning these kinds of beer on the same equipment if you choose to partner with Angelus. Our equipment is CIP-able up to 180 degrees with caustics, the mag flow meters automatically shut off during CIP to avoid temperature damage. Customers have simply ordered a second, dedicated set of our hygienic fill lines to swap out when running a sour beer vs a regular beer. You can swap the fill lines over in as quickly as you can remove and reapply tri-clamps.

    Happy to field questions, cheers!
