I'm looking to hire an experienced brewer for my new brewpub in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. I'm hoping to start demo and rebuild of the 6000SQF space and 1100SQF patio in the next 60 days. I'm guessing we will have room for a 7-10BBL system. 8-10 beers on tap and full service restaurant.
