We are an independent, established, growing production craft brewery in the Northern Virginia seeking an individual with full-cycle commercial production brewery experience to join our team as our new Head Brewer. We are widely distributed within the Northern Virginia area in both on-premise and off-premise channels in addition to serving our beers in our large inviting tasting room. We seek to continue with our thoughtful, steady and controlled growth within the Mid-Atlantic region and are looking for the individual that is interested in joining our established team to continue that growth.
The ideal individual:
• Has formal brewer education.
• Has full-cycle experience as a senior/head brewer within a commercial production brewery.
• Has mechanical aptitude and understanding of the equipment and systems within the Brewery.
• Is focused on quality assurance and process oriented operations.
• Cares strongly about furthering a productive enabling environment based on objective measures and mutual respect.
