Brewer in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania looking to help in breweries. Honestly I am just looking to donate my time to production and general brewery operations. I have 5+ years of homebrewing experience and 4+ years of commercial brewing experience. Currently making my way through Siebel as well. I have finished the concise course in brewing technology and raw materials and wort production. I am slated to take quality and beer production in early 2018. I also have my B.S in Food Science.
I currently can work part time, I have a rotating shift from month to month where i work 3 to 4 days a week. Again, this is purely just donating my time.
