Wild Goose – Meheen, the leader in canning and bottling equipment for the craft brewing and beverage industries, is hiring to support our significant growth! We are looking for talented associates that thrive in a relationship-oriented environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an accomplished associate to guide our customers through pre- and post-sales processes. This individual will manage numerous ongoing communications to ensure a smooth flow of information with customers. This sales support position requires both proactive outreach and reactive response to customer inquiries regarding lead times, site requirements, and installation processes and will also complete CRM requirements and other related tasks. The right candidate will be comfortable interacting directly with customers via phone and email and should have a proven record of creating a high level of customer satisfaction by establishing strong relationships.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of customer service/satisfaction experience including a proven ability to become the “go-to” contact for customers
- Maintain ongoing communication with both external customers and internal departments
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Significant working knowledge and comfort working with CRM system to manage activities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail and documentation habits
Experience a plus, but not required:
- Experience in equipment and automation, ideally in the packaging sector
- Knowledge of brewing and the craft brewing or beverage industries

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- The regular work week is forty (40) hours, however, that number of hours may be exceeded and spread out from Sunday to Saturday, depending on customer demand and emergencies.
