  • WLP066 Experience - New England IPA

    Hi,
is there anyone who has brewed a New England IPA using the WLP066?

What's your feedback? What attenuation have you experienced?

    Thank you!

      Thanks for the info!

Was it a NEIPA? How was the final beer?

It was - tasting good so far and seems to retain the haze better than cali and vermont strains. My only complaint for this style is the yeast gets expensive because we drop hop nearly immediately after fermentation starts we cant harvest.

We are kegging/canning it today and tomorrow so I'll have to do an update to see how stable the haze was in package.
