  • Slurry for repitch

Fairly New to re-pitching yeast, haven’t seen this before. I️ pulled 15 liters of 34/70 from a 10 Bbl fermenter a day after crashing to 36. The slurry looked a bit “foamy” but overall clean and creamy. Put in refrigerator for a day and it is settling out oddly to my eye. The top half has a more pronounced thick foamy look, the bottom Half looks as I️ expected. Hoping to pitch into 10 Bbls of 1.045 in a couple of days.

    Thoughts?

There is just a lot of co2 in the yeast. Swirl it up a bit. It's fine
