    Full Time On-Premise Sales Representative
    Ratio Beerworks is one of the largest solely self-producing, solely self-distributing breweries in Colorado. We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual who embodies the DIY spirit. This full-times On-Premise sales rep will excel at both creating great relationships with new accounts, while stepping into the maintenance of great relationships with current accounts.


    This position is not for the faint of heart. While we do not expect that you have prior craft beer industry sales experience, we do expect that you are an extroverted, competitive, and engaging human being. You must be charming and have an incorruptible sense of urgency. You must be motivated by both the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat and have true leadership abilities.


    This is an all-inclusive sales position with high levels of stewardship for accounts. Invoicing, receiving, occasionally delivering and draft maintenance at accounts will all be required. Additionally, as a small start-up brewery, we’re looking for someone who can be creative in their problem solving, and self-management. We also want someone unique, as we do many experiential promotions, so you must work closely with our marketing team to help distinguish our brand in the market.


    This candidate must be a great team player, who aspires to build a successful business. This person will be a long-term asset that will grow with the business and help to take the brewery to new levels. We can’t stress this enough, this is an on-premise sales position, so please be prepared to walk into accounts all day, every day, and build long-term, strong relationships with our restaurant and bar partners.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Adding new bar and restaurant accounts.
    Representing the Ratio brand in a positive, professional manner.
    Occasionally delivering kegs to accounts and events.
    Cleaning draft lines.
    Building and maintaining relationships at current accounts.
    Representing Ratio at festivals and other events such as beer dinners, promotions and tastings.
    Working weekends and nights on occasion.
    Achieving sales goals while staying within a structured growth plan.
    Assisting with volume projections.
    Monitoring beer inventory based off of sales trends and seasonal availability.
    Monitoring beer for freshness.
    Communicating and coordinating with production, drivers and marketing team.
    Conducting brewery visits for accounts.
    Must have a clean driving record.
    Two years industry sales experience preferred.

    Beer knowledge - Cicerone Certified Beer Server preferred but not required
    Good communicator.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Reach, bend and lift up to 170 pounds.
    Needs a reliable car for transportation. *Mileage reimbursement when company vehicle is not available.

    EDUCATION:

    Degree preferred but not required.

    COMPENSATION:

    This is a full-time salaried position with commission, as well as health insurance, dental, and paid vacation.
