i was homebrewing for five years and now i decided to start microbrewery. Doing my first recipe for APA in 2bbl - 230 litre Brewiks system. I need some feedback about recipe if it is formulated ok. Wondering about hop utilization in whirpool. When the wort is boiled then i transfer it to another vessel where whirpool starts. At these point i add hops in very hot wort. Then i start to chill wort with plate chiller. So the hops are long time in contact with wort. Does biterness goes up?

The beer would be bottled with enolmatic, does anyone use these filler? Thanks.
