    Kettle size For HERMS system?

I am building a 3 kettle herms electric brew system. I currently have a 160, 130, and 100 gallon tank. I plan to use the 160 for the boil but im not sure which ones to use for the mash tun and HLT. Thanks for the help.

personally I think it depends on how its being heated and the size of your brew..
If electric 3bbl I would use the 160 as the HLT and the 130 as the BK although the 100 gallon tank might limit you on making bigger higher abv beers.
