Bumping this a year on, does anyone have experiences they would be willing to share either here or privately? Did you end up going with the SS Brewtech? Thanks in advance.

We still have not moved on one. I did have a chance to lay eyes on one and hope to return for a brew session on it soon. Fit and finish were superb. It is truly beautiful. If I have a chance to colab on this I will provide an update.
