Lightbulb 2-BBL Allied Beverage Tanks COMPLETE BREWERY SYSTEM for LEASE

This is a 2010 ABT (Allied Beverage Tanks) 2-barrel system, one of only three that ABT ever built. It is a tricked-out scaled-down professional "big brewery," and not a scaled up homebrew system.

    • 2-year lease at $1,295 per month (reduced from $1,395)
Lease requires a refundable security deposit and proof of insurance

    * Would consider an outright sale for $65,000 (reduced from $85,000)
You would need your own financing: I will not carry or finance

    • FOB Fairview (Portland), Oregon.
    • Currently stored in two 1-800-Pack-Rat cubes ready to ship to your location. (One 8x16 unit and one 8x8 unit)
    • Ready to move to your location.

This scaled-down professional brewery was made by We have owned it since 2013 and have had two 2-year renters so far. We are keeping it for our retirement business. In the meantime, it is too pretty and awesome of a brewery to not have it out there making great beer and helping somebody's dream come true.

Includes: 3-phase electric kettle, combi-tank (mash tun, whirlpool, hot liquor tank), 4 glycol-jacketed fermenters, glycol units, 8 bright/serving tanks, brewers platform , hoses, clamps, 1 Thompson portable pump w/VFD, 1 brand new CPE portable pump w/VFD, new Jimboney 3-roller mill, heat exchanger, pretty much everything except the plumbing.

Lightbulb Current Owner is Teri Fahrendorf (Founder, Pink Boots Society, etc.)

It was pointed out to me that I didn't list my name. I am the current owner of this brewery system. 2018 is my 30th year as a beer professional, most of my career I brewed as a brewmaster, so this post is legit. I bought this system because it is top shelf.

    Cheers, Teri Fahrendorf

Lightbulb Available again in two years: March 31, 2020.

This brewery has been leased to a start-up for the next two years. If you are kicking around the idea of starting your brewery economically with leased equipment instead of an outright purchase, please contact me before March 31st so I can put you on a list. This ad will self destruct at midnight on that date.

Please contact me with your questions or anything else you need to stay in contact with me. I wish you luck, pluck, and an entrepreneurial spirit as you begin the journey toward your own dream brewery start-up. Farewell, adieu, aufwiedersehen!

    Sincerely, Teri Fahrendorf
