    Branding Beer With Music

Curious if anyone here has thought about using music to help brand their product. Almost by accident, we are using one of my songs to help generate interest in a local bar/music venue. The song was originally crafted as a fun dig on a friend’s craft beer – Dave’s Beer as he calls it. Now we have customers who actually want to order it. At the moment, it’s all hype with the YouTube video but I find myself wondering if there might be more to the story.

Maybe not quite the same, but both Motorhead and Iron Maiden metal bands have ties with UK craft brewers:

Great video! Our brewery (Track 3 Microbrewery and Coffee House, eta 3/1/19) will be using track 3 songs from our favorite albums for the beer names. Our love for music will tie together many elements of the business.
