Thirsty Monk is looking for a Cellar-person to join our brewery team!
Our brewery is growing and we need an engaging, dependable person to grow with us. We are looking for someone to assist our brewer at Gerber Village in South Asheville and also to help with keg deliveries, draft system management duties, and some maintenance at our bars.
Are you reliable, flexible, and hard-working? Because this job will absolutely require someone with an enthusiastic, renaissance style attitude.
Duties will include but will not be limited to: Keg inventory management, Keg cleaning, Delivery to Monk locations, Growler cleaning and processing, Packaging, and other brewery duties as needed. This position will also support Monk taprooms with regular draft line cleaning and other needed maintenance. This will be a full time position ranging from 30-40 hours every week.
Must have strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills and be able to lift 160lbs. Moving kegs and providing a maintenance support to our bars and brewery will be a big part of this job!
