Alibi Ale Works in Incline Village, Nevada (beautiful North Lake Tahoe) is currently hiring for an Assistant Brewer position. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of commercial brewing experience, both on both the hot side/brew house and cellar. We are a small brewery producing 2500-3000 bbls/yr, and this position will do everything from keg washing and cleaning to operating the brewhouse, cellar work, and building orders for distribution.
