* Experience at a production and/or pub brewery
* Professional training is a plus
* Must have an unwavering commitment to quality
* Ability to lift 50 – 75 pounds
* Must be a self-starter, hardworking, motivated and reliable
* Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Most importantly, have the passion to make world class beer!
Helpful additional experience includes:
• Automated brewhouse
• Centrifuge
• DE filter
The right candidate would share duties at the brewpub and at the production brewery.
