Head of Production - BrewDog Australia
Bound to be someone's dream job... We're looking for a Head of Production for our new brewery in Auz.
Responsible for taking the brewery from a green field to one of the best new breweries in Auz.
Candidates MUST have an Engineering degree, large team leadership experience, & have experience end to end commissioning an equal sized or larger automated brewery. 50hl automated 5 vessel German system, packaging lines (likely canning), filtration system & all associated utilities, pipework etc.
Basically, we need an engineer who's built a craft brewery from scratch before.
