  • Guajillo, Pulla, and Aji Limo Peppers

Has anyone every used Guajillo, Pulla and/or Aji Limo peppers before? If so any advice on usage rates (and the resulting flavors/heat) would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,

Gaujillo is mild/sweet. No real heat. Puya is hotter, more leather/tobacco flavor if i recall correctly. Aji limo never heard of, cant help there. Ask some peruvians/chileans or ecuadorians.

none of them are crazy hot, you will be safe with them.
Whenever ive made chilli beers i prefer to ad them as teas post fermentation, though i have only used Bhut and 7 pot to do it
