  • Fast Casual Brewpubs

Looking for more brewpubs that do fast casual well. Ballast Point Little Italy is a prime example. Brewery with a Fast Casual kitchen. Troegs is great too, though they still have a very extensive menu.

    Thanks

We are a sort of fast casual place. Brewery with a full kitchen but no waiters. We've settled into a routine but it didn't start out that way. Do you have specific questions>?

We may become a similar story. We have been a full service brewpub for just short of 3 years. Our space was too large and we had difficulty meeting the rent so we've lost our space. Our financing bank is trying to work with us if we can relocate. One option is a space zoned industrial but has great frontage and visibility. The center's ownership wants food service. We are looking at scaling back to a quick casual model. Merge the more successful restaurant model of today into the brewery.

Two that I've always looked at as very good examples: Troegs in Hershey PA and Ballast Point Little Italy.

No specific questions. I'm looking around at successful models, just to take a look.

      Cheers,
