Everybody’s Brewing is an independent craft brewery located in the scenic Columbia River Gorge. We produce 6,000bbls annually. Our focus includes draft, 12oz cans and 22oz bottles. We distribute our brands across Oregon, Washington, and northern Idaho. We’re currently expanding operations from a 15bbl brewhouse to a 30bbl brewhouse with additional fermentation and finishing capacity.
The workplace environment is extremely team oriented. As such, a position in the brewery requires a willingness to learn, attention to detail, personal responsibility, clear communication skills, and a great sense of humor. The ability to lift 50-160 pounds regularly, stand for long periods of time, and work in a hot/cold, wet, fast paced environment is required. Previous experience and knowledge is preferred, but not required. We have an outstanding team of professionals and an awesome local brewing community. An overview of this position is as follows:
Overview
• Follow all SOP’s
• Ensure brewery cleanliness at all times
• Maintain brewery equipment
• Organize and clean cooperage
• CIP BBT’s
• Transfer and carbonate beer
• Perform sensory analysis on finished beer
• Package beer in the correct format
• Fulfill weekly orders
• Operate a forklift safely
• Drive company vehicles responsibly
• Maintain accurate record keeping
• Attend meetings and training courses
• Work individually, or with team to complete the daily schedule in a timely manner
• Communicate with team to minimize downtime and even out workload
• Be flexible and available for evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Attend beer related events and participate in brewery tours when needed
• Represent and promote Everybody’s Brewing professionally and in a positive manner
• Have fun getting the job done well, and be willing to communicate frustrations appropriately
Pay is hourly and commensurate to experience.
