    Production Team Member
    40 Hours per week (10hr days, 3 day weekends)

    603 Brewery is seeking a person to join our production team. The production team members work in all aspects of the brewery including but not limited to keg washing, cellaring beer, packaging beer, warehousing materials, and cleaning everything. The job requires the employee to work 10 hour days on their feet.

    Direct brewery experience is not necessary but preferred. Applicant must be mechanically minded, good with their hands, and must enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

    Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
    -Multitask and be a team player.
    -Operate the automated the keg washer to produce clean and inspected kegs in a timely and efficient manner.
    -Work with the packaging team to efficiently package beer.
    -Operate cellar equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
    -Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
    -Maintain inventory as needed. Report all low levels of inventory to your supervisor.
    -Participate in sensory analysis.
    -Perform CIP’s of all equipment adhering to SOP standards.
    -Be responsible for ensuring personal safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
    -Arrive to each shift on time with a positive attitude.
    -Assist other departments when necessary, including but not limited to brewing, and QC.

    Other Requirements/Skills:
    -Follow all SOPs and safety protocols.
    -Make observations of efficiencies and inefficiencies.
    -Complete special projects assigned by supervisors.
    -Remain calm, flexible, and able to work through setbacks and emergencies.
    -Ability to know when to ask for help.
    -Able to work through challenges by setting a professional and upbeat example.
    -Communicate clearly with coworkers and managers, verbally and written.
    -Flexibility to work varied shifts.
    -Proper use of PPE.

    Physical Requirement/Working Conditions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
    -Capable of standing on your feet for long periods of time, 10 hours per day.
    -Physical ability to lift 55+ lbs to shoulder height.
    -Ability to work in a noisy environment.
    -Capable of following all safety procedures while working with potentially hazardous machinery, chemicals etc.
    -Must have reliable transportation.
    -Follow and comply with all terms and conditions as stated in the Employee Handbook.
    -Must be able to move full 15.5 gallon kegs
