The Pinehurst Brewery, located in the historic village of Pinehurst North Carolina, is looking for its first ever brewmaster and assistant brewer to help it open its doors Labor Day weekend. A brand new, 10 barrel system is arriving in mid-June, and renovations are currently underway of the 125 year old historic “Power Plant” of Moore County.
The brewery itself is located adjacent to the world-renowned Pinehurst Resort – site of the 1999, 2005, 2014 and future 2024 US Open Championships. Due to its proximity and affiliation with the Resort, the brewery has already received considerable media attention – having recently been featured on the DIY show Salvage Dawgs, as well as the Golf Network.
This is an incredible opportunity for anyone looking for the opportunity to create recipes and develop their own beers, and enjoy a laid back lifestyle in the cradle of American golf. Employees at the brewery get special access and discounts to the Resort’s many amenities such as its eight golf courses, including the world famous Pinehurst #2.
Beer produced onsite will both serve the attached taproom as well be distributed selectively to other restaurants and bars in the area around the Resort.
