    Brewery Equipment Connections

Hey all...sorry for the newbie post here.

We're building out a 2x7BBL Brite Tank system here to produce a sparkling fruit juice product. A lot of the equipment seems to overlap with the Brewery Industry.

    So I've ordered and received:
-7BBL Jacketed Apex Brewing Brite Tanks (2 of them)
-5 Ton Glycol Chiller from Cold Shot
    -Meheen M6 Filler
    -60 Gallon Southbend Kettle

What I need next is some direction on who to hire to "connect" all these pieces together. I've got electrical and drains done...just don't know who the next contractor is to connect chiller to brites and brites to filler/kettle...

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!

    Josh

A plumber or more likely a mechanical contractor for your chiller connections to the tanks. everything else would be done via hoses at the time you would be using them. So going from kettle to tank, use hoses and a pump. From the tank to the filler, hoses and co2 pressure. Go find a brewery to shadow, or even a winery. You will get a much better sense of what is required. It sounds a bit like you dont have any drawings of the project, so it will be difficult for any tradespeople to bid this accurately.
