Brewery consist of a manual 5 barrel brew house, 2(two) 10 and 1(one) 5 barrel fermenters. Responsible for fermenter readings (gravity and PH readings, yeast cell counts), kegging, keg cleaning, CIP of fermenters and brew house, recipe designs, grain and hop inventory, yeast propagation, and brewing

Network Brewery
Brewer | January 2017 – May 2017
Responsibilities consist of kegging, keg cleaning, keg transferring, hand bottling, milling, mashing, brewing, quality control, and recipe designing all on a manual 5 barrel brew system. On occasion I would make keg deliveries to help the sales team.
