  • Customer Service Representative - White Labs

    The Customer Service Representative (CSR), prepares quotes, takes orders, answers technical questions, and serves as the primary contact for customers. They perform their jobs using a variety of platforms including telephone, email, internal order entry and inventory software (NetSuite).

    Essential Functions & Duties
    • Answers customer questions, concerns and order inquiries via telephone and email.
    • Enters customer orders via NetSuite ordering system.
    • Answers technical related customer questions (research answers when necessary).
    • Logs customer concerns in a timely manner & communicates issues to appropriate staff members.
    • Performs research projects as assigned.
    • Provides prompt support for emergency customer product and fermentation situations.
    • Participates in weekly sales meetings.
    • Provides ongoing feedback to improve company training programs.
    • Provides consistent, courteous and professional support to both internal and external customers.
    • Seeks out and signs up new customers.
    • Communicates with other departments as needed regarding availability and shipping in order to fulfill customer requests.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.



    Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 1+ year in a high call volume customer service position preferred.
    • Brewing experience and understanding of basic fermentation preferred.
    • Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
