The Customer Service Representative (CSR), prepares quotes, takes orders, answers technical questions, and serves as the primary contact for customers. They perform their jobs using a variety of platforms including telephone, email, internal order entry and inventory software (NetSuite).

Essential Functions & Duties
- Answers customer questions, concerns and order inquiries via telephone and email.
- Enters customer orders via NetSuite ordering system.
- Answers technical related customer questions (research answers when necessary).
- Logs customer concerns in a timely manner & communicates issues to appropriate staff members.
- Performs research projects as assigned.
- Provides prompt support for emergency customer product and fermentation situations.
- Participates in weekly sales meetings.
- Provides ongoing feedback to improve company training programs.
- Provides consistent, courteous and professional support to both internal and external customers.
- Seeks out and signs up new customers.
- Communicates with other departments as needed regarding availability and shipping in order to fulfill customer requests.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year in a high call volume customer service position preferred.
- Brewing experience and understanding of basic fermentation preferred.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
