We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager for our home market here in the DC metro area. We are experiencing rapid growth and can offer a competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
Duties Include:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with buyers of current buying accounts to support, educate and promote Right Proper products. Maintain and improve current relationships and increase sales.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with buyers of new / potential accounts to solicit new business.
- Work alongside distributor sales managers and sales route representatives to increase Right Proper Brewing Company’s market distribution and success.
- Help facilitate and follow through on any orders or potential orders – serving as a liaison between the buying account and the distributor.
- Support accounts with proper point of sales materials, tap handles, glassware, coasters, etc.
- Track and reconcile wholesale inventory and orders.
- Conduct trainings for buying accounts’ employees.
- Organize and implement consumer promotions, tastings and events to promote the Right Proper brand and increase sales in all types of accounts.
- Update account activity list and calendar daily to aid in organization and follow-though.
- Manage the territory point-of-sale and marketing budgets.
- Implement and track quarterly and annual goals with wholesalers.
- Actively monitor and participate in Right Proper Brewing Company various social networking platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) as it relates to business to business engagement.
- Represent the Right Proper brand in a respectful and responsible manner always.
- Knowledge and passion of craft beer and ability to speak comfortably about the brewing process.
- Impeccable organization skills and self-starter; able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
