Tech is expected to establish a preventative maintenance schedule. You will be expected to execute tasks in this schedule along with general repair of facility equipment. This is a full time position in a rapidly growing company and a chance to get in at the ground floor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-maintain all production equipment
-actively problem solve to fix real-time issues
-analyze processes and work with production team to take corrective action to reduce inefficiencies
-assist in the spec, purchasing and commissioning of new equipment
-develop PM schedules
-assist production team as needed
-provide detailed written reports to VP Ops outlining process flow analysis, PM schedules, downtime/inefficiencies, corrective action to be taken,outcomes
-Keep detailed records
Qualifications:
-Forklift cert.
-Production brewery experience
-Food production experience
-Computer skills
-General working knowledge of all utilities
-Organized and motivated
-High-level problem solving skills
-Enthusiasm for coffee!
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
