Fuego Brew Co, in Dominical, is located right on one of Costa Rica pristine surf beaches. This is a adventure jungle lifestyle, yet right in town with plenty of amenities. We recently upgraded to 7 bbl system to keep up with demand and will continue to grow. We have a abundant amount of fresh water and many exotic fruits to use in our beers. Fuego is making a name for themselves by always creating unique, high quality beers.
We are looking for a talented Master Brewer with ambition to take Fuego Brew Co. to the next level. We need someone that can fit in a jungle beach lifestyle, someone with work-hard & play-hard frame of mind and is a Great Brewer. It is vital that they can manage themselves, get the job done, be creative, and can make superior beer from beginning to end. This will be a position with many roles. We need a brewer that can give a minimum of a 2 year commitment and are looking to live here for the long haul. 4 years of brewing experience is required. Spanish speaking, well traveled, is ideal but not must. If you are scared of a little bugs, hot and humid conditions, dirt roads and plenty of sunshine, maybe this is not the job for you.
