We currently operate a 15bbl brewery with 100bbl of cellar capacity, expanding to 160bbl this summer. We package our product in both kegs and on our semi-automated canning line. One of our employees recently moved on and we are now considering bringing in an experienced, formally trained brewer, rather than replacing her. We would be looking for someone experienced in all aspects of brewing, who also possesses the detailed knowledge that can help take the quality of our products to the next level. We are located in Vermont, so extensive knowledge of hop-forward IPA's is a must. We recently purchased a new building that is ideal for a brewery/tasting room. The brewery has been operational at the new location for 5 months, and we will be opening the tasting room early next month. This could be a very exciting and rewarding opportunity for the right person.
