Job Description:
Tin Man and Falls City Brewings' Evansville production facility is looking for a passionate, full-time cellarman to assist in the operations of this unique and fun brewery. We are a small operation that has been open for 5 years, so we're looking for someone that can work many aspects of the brewing process; inventory management, staging packaged product for shipping, operating the packaging line, keg cleaning and storage, and general ad hoc duties.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Lead Brewer and Production Manager
- Cellar operations
- Yeast management
- Keg washing/filling
- Canning line operation
- General maintenance
- Cleaning/sanitizing (CIP/SIP)
- Raw materials management
- Previous work experience in a commercial brewery (preferred).
- Previous experience operating a forklift (preferred)
- Willing to be flexible with work schedule
- Ability to stand, crouch and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work in noisy, hot/cold and wet environments.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height repeatedly
- Ability to lift 160 lbs. to waist height
- Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Google calendars
Job Type: Full-time equivelant
Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour
