Tommyknocker Brewery in Idaho Springs, Colorado (25 miles west of Denver), is seeking full time production brewer / cellar person to compliment our brew team. In addition to the production facility, we operate an extremely busy brewpub within the facility. The brewery has become a tourist destination of its own over the last 24 years.

The ideal candidate must have:
A strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work alone, as well as the ability to work efficiently as part of a team, positive attitude, strong attention to detail, strong organization skills, ability to follow directions clearly and learn quickly, ability to follow instructions and multi-task while remaining focused and willingness to complete both glamorous and not so glamorous tasks a must. Participate in brew festivals & give brewery tours. We offer flexible schedules and promote healthy active lifestyles.

The candidate must be willing to perform all aspects of the brewing position must be available days, nights, and weekends.

Job duties include (but are not limited to): wort production (brewing on our very hands-on 20 barrel system), cleaning fermenters and brite tanks, carbonation, transferring beer, filtration, kegging and of course lots & lots of cleaning.

Pay depends on experience
