Ellis Island Casino and Brewery is a large volume brewpub in Las Vegas Nevada. We are looking for a strong candidate to work closely under our new head brewer.
Candidate must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, follow directions clearly from head brewer, work efficiently and have great organizational skills.
Job duties include: Wort production on a 20 bbl 3 vessel system, filtration, tank cleaning, keg cleaning and filling, line cleaning and general brewery cleaning as well as participate in beer festivals.
Pay depends on experience.
