  • Taproom Manager needed in Nashville, TN

    Fat Bottom Brewing, Co. is looking for a Taproom Manager to lead the guest experience at our full-service restaurant, The Hop Yard.

    Starting in 2012, Fat Bottom Brewing has been making bolder, sexier beer for Nashville area and beyond. In January of 2017, we expanded to a new 33,000 square foot facility in West Nashville. Included in this facility is a full-service restaurant open 7 days a week.

    The Taproom Manager responsibilities include:

    -Managing FOH servers, bartenders, and support staff
    -Directing service and resolving guest issues
    -Weekly scheduling, hiring, and firing of employees
    -Collecting cash deposits and CC payments
    -Assist in marketing and promotional efforts
    -Setting quality and hospitality standards of service

    A passion for craft beer is essential to this job. Minimum 5 years hospitality/customer service experience required (food service experience not required, but encouraged). Salary based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance cost sharing, 2 weeks paid time off, and, of course, free beer.
