The Thomas Hooker Brewery is growing and seeks experienced full time production brewers for hire. In addition to joining our brewing team in our main production facility in Bloomfield, CT, our brewers also have the opportunity to create and test out new recipes at our brewpub, Thomas Hooker at Colt in Hartford.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a team environment, is creative, has a great work ethic, and embraces an opportunity with diverse roles and responsibilities.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years production*brewery*experience and knowledge including but not limited to:
Brewing of Ales and Lagers
Q/A Q/C experience
DE Filtration
Strong yeast management skills / knowledge
Strong mechanical aptitude
Willingness to take part in events and brand building
Ability to work in a coordinated team
