Twenty-Six Acres Brewing Company located in Concord, North Carolina is looking for a passionate, beer-loving, part-time cellarman / assistant brewer. We are a 15bbl brewery that has been open for close to two years. We have an open position for someone that can help us grow and work many different areas of the brewing process.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Head Brewer
- Cellar operations
- Yeast management
- Keg washing/filling
- General maintenance
- Cleaning/sanitizing (CIP/SIP)
- Raw materials management
- Keg inventory management
- Other ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate should have:
- Prior work experience in a commercial brewery (preferred)
- Flexible with work schedule (mostly days) 20-30 hrs a week
- Able to stoop, bend, crouch, squat, dodge, dip, dive, duck, and slide with style
- Able to work in noisy, hot/cold and wet environments
- Reliable and organized
- Able to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height repeatedly
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work independent
- Excellent communicator
- Safety conscious
- Strong desire to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Passionate about craft beer quality
