Being a new brewery, means that we don’t have everything in place. We are learning as we go and we will be making mistakes. But mistakes are a great way to learn. We don’t like making them but it is inevitable. We strongly believe in the Make It Right and Move On approach. We are seeking a highly motivated positive brewer with the patience to roll with the punches and that is looking at the long-term goals. You will be working very closely with the owner and other managers, who both take on very hands on approach. An ideal candidate will be more than willing to be a team player continually keep the communication flowing and adjust, adapt and move forward with the trials and tribulations of creating a streamline work flow. Job descriptions are not concrete, like working for a established company, therefore an ideal candidate will have a willingness to work efficiently outside the box, work without supervision and understand that some days are going to be long but with a grand team effort the long term compensation will be competitive.

To apply, email a cover letter and resume to: family@gyppo.com. Please include in your cover letter what you believe you can bring to our Gyppo Ale Mill family. Be sure that you resume includes personal and professional references.
