I like aquatherm a lot but we don't use it for glycol. I've talked to a lot of other brewery people who've been sold on the fact that aquatherm doesn't need insulation (presumably because it's thick-ish plastic) but for glycol that's nonsense in my opinion. We aquatherm for CO2 and O2 piping and I love it for those applications.
The cost of Cool-Fit is high, but as others have pointed out, it's DIY and pre-insulated, so there are cost advantages as well. We have several hundred linear feet of cool fit here and it is the best product for glycol bar none (IMHO).
