  • Brewer Available for Hire in the Southeast!!!!!!!

    Hello!

My name is Andrew Lipsky and I am posting my availability for the Brewer position you have available.

I have almost 4 years professional brewing experience with working knowledge throughout the process (brewing, packaging, sales, etc.). With consistency and quality at the front of my mind at all times, I have advanced my career and contributed to my former breweries a wealth of ideas and information regarding recipe development, making processes more efficient, and innovative marketing tactics. I have produced and distributed beer in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington State, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah and Idaho which allows me to have a firm understanding of flagship beers and trends as well as be innovative and adaptable to the target market.

During my career, I have had the opportunity to experiment with many recipes and have grown a strong fascination with unusual beers. When I first started this amazing career, I was definitely a "malt-head" leaning towards porters, stouts, etc. As I learned more about the process, came into contact with many different styles, and started developing my own recipes, my pallet evolved into the "hop-head" and sour fanatic I am today! With this in mind, one of my favorite benefits of this industry is crafting peoples' pallets to continue the craft beer revolution.

In addition to what I bring to the table, I offer a "Walking Sponge" attitude that allows me to continue growing as a professional brewer and contribute as much as possible to my employer. While I am always learning, I feel I have a strong understanding of brewing essentials and wish to contribute an exceptional brewer to be part of your team.

I am open to negotiation on my salary depending on other benefits offered. I am available to start as soon as needed and have included my resume in this thread. If required, I am happy to provide references upon request so please feel free to contact me anytime and I look forward to working with you very soon!

    Cheers!

    Andrew Lipsky
