TBBC is looking for an experienced Logistics and Inventory Coordinator.
The role is focused on operational execution and the tasks necessary to ensure
effective logistics solutions are in place to meet the needs of the business. The role will
be required to achieve the following deliverables, including but not limited to:
Daily Control System/Execution:
Supports the execution of the Warehouse and Logistics strategy
Responsibility End-2-End for Logistics Supply Chain performance and execution
Hands-on daily responsibility for day-to-day, finger-on-the-pulse of operations
and executional excellence
Supports Director of Sales and Brewery Operations Manager in delivering targets
and strategies related to TBBC Core, Seasonal and Limited Release SKU’s
Coordinate with Director of Sales and Sales Team for planned & unplanned
events such as new product rollouts, product holds, recalls, return material
expediting, last minute promotions, damaged product, special events, same day
beer coordination, mis-shipments & natural disasters
Anticipates and resolves day-to-day issues and weekly/monthly projections-
orders from portal
Effectively communicates with Sales Team and Brewery Operations Manager on
upcoming events that create a high demand in certain SKU’s
Responsible maintaining and updating ordering portal with “New or Limited
items”
Maintains current knowledge of the Logistics, market trends, wholesaler
inventory and TBBC floor inventory
Coordinates with the Brewery Operations Manager, wholesaler pick up’s
Distributor Support:
Drives initiatives to provide premium, segmented service to our top distributors
Provides face-2-face contact with Distributors, point-person on logistics issues
and bridges gaps
Weekly discussions with top Distributors to support service, discuss open issues
and ensure resolution
Maintains a record of open issues/credits
Responsibility for Vendor performance, wholesaler KPI’s or territory TPR’s
Establishes KPI’s, metrics and control systems to manage performance to
objectives
Job Qualifications
Excellent communication skills (telephone and email) are essential
1-3 years’ experience in logistics
Strong teamwork & problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong organization and attention to detail, with excellent follow-up skills
