Responsibilities:
- Strictly follow SOPs
- Strict adherence to all safety and security measures in all aspects of the workplace
- Execution in all brewery operations: keg cleaning and filling, tank CIP, raw ingredients handling, wort production, transferring product, digging out spent grain, delivering keg orders, yeast management, and general cleaning procedures
- Ability to monitor and accurately record data throughout the entirety of the brewing process
- Maintain a clean and orderly work space
Desired Skills:
- Ability to multitask while monitoring various production processes
- High attention to detail, especially when it comes to cleaning
- Good problem solving skills
- Able to take direction and criticism well
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work well independently and on a small team
General Requirements:
- Formal brewing education preferred, but not required
- Homebrewing experience preferred, but not required
- Flexible schedule required
- Must be 21+ years old
- Must have Valid ID
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of lifting 55+ lbs multiple time on a daily basis
- Can work in hot, cold, and wet conditions
- Can work in tight and low clearance areas
- Can stand for the duration of shift (8-10 hrs)
- Frequently climb ladders and stairs safely on a daily basis
