    Carson’s Brewery is located in Evansville, IN, we are Southern Indiana’s premier microbrewery. The success of our company has allowed us to build a 10,0000 square foot facility that houses a JVNW 20 barrel brewhouse, 7 fermentors, 3 brite tanks, Wildgoose canning line, Bottling line and Barrel aging program. As you can tell, this is a full time position.

    This is a great opportunity to work for a brewery that has won World Beer Cup and GABF medals. Carson’s Brewery is looking to add a detail-oriented, reliable and mechanically-inclined individual to our team. This position will include all aspects of packaging (canning, bottling and kegging), brewery sanitation, maintenance, CIP operations, and assisting the brew staff with their duties. The right candidate will have the opportunity to advance their career as we grow. Local candidates preferred.

    Requirements:

    • Arrive at work on time and ready to begin the day's production
    • Good communication skills, both oral and written
    • Works well as part of a team in fast-paced environment
    • Ability to understand and follow SOP's
    • Strong focus on product quality, efficiency, and attention to detail
    • Able to adjust to a changing production schedule
    • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all operations
    • Able to take direction from management
    • Respect for peers, co-workers, and managers
    • Interest in learning and growing with the company
    • Work on your feet for over eight hours at a time
    • Work in hot / cold temperature extremes for extended periods of time
    • Work in damp / wet areas or confined spaces
    • Work in loud production environment
    • Must be able to reach over head, twist / turn, stoop, crouch, kneel
    • Lift up to 165 pound kegs as needed
    • Operate in a safe manner, including wearing protective eye / ear wear and gloves
    • Ensure proper chemical handling
    • Drive a forklift (we will teach you if needed)
    • Previous experience in a production brewery (a plus)
    • Interest in craft beer and the brewing process
