Two Roads Brewing Company is seeking a Quality Technician to assist with Packaging QA/QC and other routine daily tasks in the QA/QC Lab. This is an entry-level position that reports to the Packaging QA/QC Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
• Execute Package QA/QC Testing Procedures including Total Package Oxygen (TPO), Fill level verification, and Double Seam Integrity.
• Record data accurately and promptly.
• Communicate anomalous results in a timely manner.
• Assist in trouble-shooting activities.
• Assist in shared QA/QC lab duties, including but not limited to:
o Analytical measurements on green and bright beer (gravity/density, alcohol, VDKs, pH, haze, IBU, and color).
o Calibration & maintenance of analytical instruments.
o Maintaining a clean laboratory working environment.
Qualifications:
• B.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field
• Laboratory experience (classwork, independent study)
• Experience following established protocols and meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Superior attention to detail, highly organized, and exemplary work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with computer programs such as Excel and Word
• A sense of humor
• A passion for craft beer

• Weekend work will be required.
• Ability to stand on one’s feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
