We at Florida Beer Company based in Cape Canaveral, Florida are looking for experienced Cellar operators to join our team.
Requirements:
• Arrive at work on time and ready to begin the day's production
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Works well as part of a team in fast-paced environment
• Ability to understand and follow SOP's
• Strong focus on product quality, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Able to adjust to a changing production schedule
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all operations
• Able to take direction from management
• Respect for peers, co-workers, and managers
• Interest in learning and growing with the company
• Lift up to 165 pound kegs as needed
• Operate in a safe manner our culture is "Safety Always", including wearing PPE at all times as well as following Material and Process SOP's to the letter.
• Previous experience in a production brewery (a plus)

The brewery is active in the community, sponsoring many events and charitable organizations.
Florida Beer Company and its portfolio of high quality beer and cider brands have received numerous awards from prestigious competitions such as the Great American Beer Festival, U.S. Open Beer Championships, The World Beer Cup, North American Beer Awards and the Australian International Beer Awards. This diverse portfolio includes brands such as Key West Sunset Ale, Southernmost Wheat, Sunshine State FL- Lager, Sunshine State FL- Pilsner, Hurricane Reef Pilsner, Hurricane Reef Pale Ale, Caribe Tropical Hard Ciders and Swamp Ape DIPA.
