  • Small Batches into Big Fermenter

I'm in the process of upgrading to a 7bbl brewing system. There's been a couple of delays and I need to make some beer.

I have a 3 keg brew magic system that I want to brew like 10 - 15 batches on to put in a 7 bbl fermenter.

    Details:
Yield per small batch: ~12 gallons
Beer type: 4.7 %ABV belgian pale ale
    Yeast: 1.5L pitch WLP530

Was planning on maybe 5 batches a day over 3 days, pitching the yeast at the end of the 1st day.

    Can/Should I do this?

    Thanks,
    Paul

Recommendations are to only put fresh (un-oxygenated) wort within 18-24 hrs after pitching. It all depends on the position of your yeast through their cycle of growth.
