Tired Hands Brewing Company is looking for a qualified person to join our Logistics Team. The Tired Hands Logistics team manages the receipt, movement, storage and delivery of raw materials, supplies, and our strange and beautiful beers. This position is full-time, in a non-supervisory role, that will assist in supply chain management, warehousing and distribution. We are seeking an applicant with initiative, who is prompt, professional, trainable, courteous and works well with little supervision, and as a part of a team. embers of the Logistics team should have a positive and professional attitude, and keep an immaculately clean work space. Logistics team members should expect between 35-55 hours of work a week.
Duties and Responsibilities
Follow proper SOPs in all aspects of logistics
Attention to detail in all aspects of work
Safely operate a variety of vehicles on a variable schedule
Transport a variety of goods and raw materials between multiple facilities, daily
Count and record an accurate inventory, daily while maintaining multiple warehouses
Assist in deliveries to accounts in the greater Philadelphia area
Assist brewers in transferring wort into portable device for immediate transport
Pick, pack, strap, organize, load and unload shipments with forklift
Shipping and receiving
Forklift Operations
Pallet Jack Use
Organizing loading bay
Setting up orders for:
Raw Materials
Finished Goods
Warehouse organization
Raw material inventory
Finished goods inventory
Cleaning any and all exterior surfaces
Participate in team meetings
Adhere to all safety protocols set in place by Tired Hands Brewing Co

Abilities and Skills
Ability to drive and park a variety of vehicles, including a box truck in narrow streets and small spaces
Ability to safely lift, lower, push, pull and move upwards of 340lbs repeatedly with the assistance of a 2-wheeled hand-truck, and 161 lbs without
Ability to take instruction from supervisor while working both independently and as part of a team
Professional, courteous demeanor and attire, along with the ability to be punctual and reliable
Exceptional comprehension and communication skills, including ability to use email, Google Sheets, Docs and other software as needed
Ability and willingness to treat others with dignity and respect, in an environment free of harassment and discrimination
Ability to maintain an evolving inventory in multiple buildings, simultaneously
Ability to, at minimum, do simple math including addition, subtraction division and multiplication
Be solution oriented, and have the ability to calmly and promptly assess, report, and
troubleshoot problems that arise
Flexibility with schedule and assignments, and adaptable to meeting new needs as they arise
Experience using a fully loaded, 2-wheeled hand-truck on variable terrain, including stairs
Familiarity with our brand; knowledge of and a passion for craft beer
Ability to work well with little supervision, and as a part of a team
Ability to kneel, stoop, and work in tight spaces
Ability to retain confidential company knowledge
Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Ability to work with honesty and integrity
Excellent time management skills
Required Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to edit and interpret data accurately in an inventory system and applicable
spreadsheets
Must be solution-oriented
Must understand the value of exceptional customer service
Steel-toed shoes and weather appropriate clothing are required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to lift 160 lbs; able to move 340lbs using tools such as a hand truck or a forklift
Ability to kneel and stoop occasionally
Ability to stand and work for up to 12 hours at a time
Forklift certification or ability to become certified
Desired Qualifications:
2 years of warehouse or delivery experience
Supply chain or logistics certification/degree(s)
Experience in a supply chain-driven environment
Truck driving experience
