    Hot Water Source (Not included)
    •2 x Rinnai Tankless Hot Water Heaters @ 200,000 BTU per unit
    Pasteurizer Capabilities
    •Cases of 500ml bottles per Macro Bin: 15
    •Bins that can fit inside the cage: 3
    •Total cases per dunk: 45
    •Approximate Pasteurization time with setup by prior operator :~40min

    Cases per 8 hour work day: ~600 (7,200 x 500ml bottles)
    Package Includes:
    •2 x Centrifugal pumps (1 for hot water, 1 for tank circulation)
    •Stainless Steel Pasteurization Tank
    •Stainless Steel Dunk Cage

    •Various fittings/plumbing and electrical required to hook up pasteurizer.
