Job Title: Brewer
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Wort production on a fifty barrel brewhouse
Brewhouse cleaning, CIP, and routine maintenance
Adherence to strict standard operating procedures
Maintaining daily production logs
Monitoring and recording fermentations
Milling malt
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum one year brewery production experience
Brewhouse and wort production experience
Ability to multi-task
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to lift 55 pounds repeatedly
Ability to repeatedly climb stairs, work underneath equipment and in hot environments
Available to work early mornings
Self motivated and organized
Ability to work at a fast pace, in high pressure situations, while maintaining professionalism and composure.
This is a full time position with competitive pay and benefits. Salary is dependent on experience.
